Fitz Paccione has been a part of the PT&E Inc. family since 2009 when he joined the organization as Coach/Tutor under Danice Brown. Fitz left the program full-time in 2011 to pursue a career at Nike Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon. Fitz is currently a Global Product Lead for Nike Basketball. In between his time at Nike, Fitz finds time to regularly volunteer and stay engaged at PT&E. He currently helps coordinate the weekly High-Performance Men’s Night everyWednesday and co-captains the Men’s 4.5 Team. Fitz covers adult and junior classes when his schedule allows it through St. Johns' tennis programming to the public.

Fitz has been coaching tennis for over 12 years and brings a varied experience working with total beginners up to highly ranked junior players. He began playing competitive tennis at the age of 17 in San Diego, CA and less than a year later he was playing collegiate tennis at the D3 level for Willamette University. Upon graduating with a major in Politics, Fitz continued to hone his game and became a full-time tennis coach working as a tennis coach at Lake Oswego High-School and joining PT&E in 2011. While working full-time for almost 3 years with PT&E Fitz held many roles including Program & Development Director and Director of Tennis.

Fitz is an accredited Tennis Professional through the USPTA and received two national awards from the USPTA for his tennis teaching experience with PT&E.
